Book Fest Book Swap: 27th February, 2026: For the last few years, FoTB have organised a fantastic little event where Tithe Barn families can donate pre-loved books for a book swap. This year, it will be on Friday 27th February. Please bring in donations of good-quality books from Tuesday 24th Feb, and on Friday, for a £2 donation, children will be able to choose up to 4 books from a Book Swap in the hall. We know school have lots of fantastic author visits, workshops and activities planned for this week - and we hope this will top it off! New for this year - from 3 - 3:45pm, we’ll be running a “sibling book swap” - so come along after pick up with any little siblings, and help yourselves to any leftover books!
Tithe Barn Ball: Save the date: 21st March 2026! Set to be the social event of the year; expect glamour, music, a 3-course meal and auction to raise funds. Venue is Heaton Moor Golf Club, and we hope to see you all there!
We are planning to get our second-hand uniform sales back up and running soon, we’ve had a change of volunteer coordinator. Thanks for your patience. We’re still accepting donations of good-quality used uniform, to the Uniform box by schools main office.
To help us run these events, we rely on support from you! If you can spare an hour or two to help at an upcoming event, or if you have a fundraising idea of your own - please do reach out to us - via your class rep in the first instance.
